7 of Spades – Bootes
The sun shines on the rocky shores of the starry seas as it moves into the constellation of Bootes from August 23rd to September 2nd. Bootes resembles a man with an upraised hand holding a leash with his hunting dogs, he is endlessly chasing the bear around the sky. Of the many titles Bootes has held over the millennia, of renown the Greeks considered this star group to be Atlas holding up the sky.
